FDA Recalls in 2014

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, works to remove harmful products from our store shelves.  Recalls can include harmful foods, beverages, devices, and pharmaceuticals.  So far this year, the FDA has issued 64 recalls of tainted food, undeclared products, defective medical devices, and unapproved new drugs. 

The following drugs and medical devices have been recalled this year, either voluntarily by the manufacturer or by request of the FDA:
